Registration

All prices are VAT included. All the early, regular and late registration fees include: conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and excursion. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: conference dinner and excursion.

* A 20% discount is offered for the registration fee of those participants who also attend to the European Congress of Mathematics ECM 2024.

Payment should be made by bank transfer or deposit including in the concept "NAME +CODESCO24", to the following account:

To conclude the registration process, you must forward an email, together with a copy of the bank transfer or deposit, to acti2-imus@us.es.

Additionally, should an invoice with the registration payment be required,  please include in the previous email all the necessary information: name, address, CIF, NIF or Tax Id.

Registration Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

All participants must be registered to the conference and every participant can give at most one contributed talk. There must be a distinct participant registration for each presentation.

All cancellations must be notified by writing an email to acti2-imus@us.es and rafalgan@us.es.

Full refunds less a 25% cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before May 8, 2024. After this date, there will be no refund.
